DALLAS (April 20, 2017)— Michael Roper, president and CEO of Taco Bueno – the iconic award-winning quality Tex-Mex chain, will be featured on the hit series "Undercover Boss," Friday, April 28, 2017 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT; 7:00-8:00 p.m., CT) on the CBS Television Network.
"From working with our front line team members who deliver the best they can every day, to working operationally in the warehouse, the experience was something I never thought I'd have the opportunity to do," Roper said. "I'll be honest, though. I did crash and burn when tasked with operating a forklift in the warehouse.
